With the latest update, the three modules Automailer, Online Check-In and Self Checkout become even better combined to create a fully digital guest journey.


Easier setup, more intuitive operation, better overview in the reservation view and new functions. All three modules are now even better integrated into each other.


  • The settings for online check-in and self-checkout are now even clearer in their own menu items under Settings.
  • One-click default email template generation in Online Check-In and Self-Checkout settings.
  • Setup of the module-specific Automailers directly on the settings page of the respective Online Check-In and Self Checkout module.


  • Payment step at online check-in*.
    A payment step can now be activated during online check-in. In the reservation view, it can be determined individually for each reservation whether the payment step should be activated, deviating from the generally applicable settings.
  • If a payment is made, the payment ID is used as a signature on the registration form.
  • Option in the online check-in settings which amount should be billed when online check-in is activated: only the sum of the booked accommodation services or all booked services.
  • Seamless integration of self checkout: If payment was already made during online check-in or during the stay, self checkout can be carried out with just one click. If there is still an open balance, the outstanding amount can be requested for payment during the self checkout.
  • Integration of Apple Pay: in addition to Google Pay, Apple Pay can now be used for online check-in and self-checkout. Both wallets are automatically offered as a payment option if a wallet is activated on the user's device.
  • Merging the information and settings of the two modules Online Check-In and Self Checkout in the reservation view in a common, easy-to-understand area.


  • Separate display of the module-specific automailers for the online check-in and self checkout modules in the automailer settings.
  • New triggers in the automailer: "after check-in" and "before departure".
