I. The Automailer

With the Automailer, emails can be sent automatically at a specified time.

For example, send important arrival information, directions, etc. as a pre-stay mail before arrival and/or after departure as a post-stay mail as a small thank you to your guest with a friendly note to leave a good rating on the portals

The Automailer can be seamlessly integrated into the processes of the SaltoKS® interface. If you have a SaltoKS® locking system, the key codes can be automatically sent to your guests via the automailer.

Once you have created an email template, you can set a schedule for when the template should be sent.

As soon as at least one plan has been created in the automailer setup, an additional area appears in the reservation view:

If necessary, you can enter a different email here or deactivate the dispatch for the open reservation. In addition, the current shipping status is displayed.

Emails sent by the automailer, like other emails, are displayed in the sent emails area in the reservation view.

GDPR Compliance Notice:
The sending of automated emails can be deactivated in the guest master data in the GDPR settings area.

If activated, the automated sending of emails is suppressed for all reservations where the guest is the reservation owner.
