How can I activate occupancy based room pricing (OBP)?

In order to activate occupancy based pricing, go to the desired room category under Settings> Accommodation> Categories and activate the slider "Use occupancy rates".

Then you can define the desired minimum and maximum occupancy and define the premiums and discounts for the respective occupancy options based on the price for standard occupancy:

In the field "number of beds in rooms of category", the number of fixed beds must always be specified, as this value is included in the calculation of the accomodation statistics.

Note: After initial activation of allocation-dependent prices or when changing the charge and discount, a new reconciliation with the channel manager must be carried out.
