automatic insertion of the cancellation periods stored in the system in e-mail templates

By using the {canc_policy} variable, you can insert in e-mail templates the cancellation deadline defined under Rates & Restrictions for the booking period.
The variable is replaced by the value in days before arrival. If the cancellation period is set to the value "Standard", the value "1" is output.
A meaningful formulation would be for example:
"Cancellation: this reservation can be canceled until {canc_policy} day (s) prior to arrival, after which time we will charge ….“
