How does ASSA ABLOY Vostio integration work?

As soon as the interface setup has been completed, you can encode room cards directly in 3RPMS® and read out programmed cards.

Encoding cards:

Card coding is done on a room-by-room basis. To encode one or more cards for a room, please open the room detail view and click on “Encode keys” at the bottom right:

The coding process can be started in the following dialog:

The doors previously set in the settings are automatically preselected for the room. Additional doors can be added as an option, e.g. to give the guest access to other areas that can be booked as an option, such as the spa or conference area.

If required, the check-out time on the day of departure can be changed, e.g. when booking a late check-out.

After clicking on “Code”, the coding process begins. When encoding several keys, please place cards on the encoding device one after the other according to the instructions.
