III. The Self Checkout

With Self Checkout, your guests have the option of viewing their bill online and making payment online. After a successful payment process, the invoice is automatically created by 3RPMS® and can be downloaded by the guest.

The self checkout works seamlessly with the online check-in module: if your guest has already paid during the online check-in and no other services have been booked, the self checkout can be completed with just one click.

If there is still an open amount, the guest will be asked to pay the difference online to complete the self checkout

After completing the self checkout, the invoice is automatically generated and the booking is marked as settled. The invoice is saved in the invoice archive - analogous to manually created invoices.
