Duplicate recognition in the guest administration

If there are possible duplicates for a guest record, 3RPMS® shows a note in the guest management in the upper bar:

Clicking on the button or scrolling to the bottom of the page leads to the list of possible duplicates:

The Match column shows you the likelihood that the displayed records are duplicates. By marking the desired entries and clicking on "Merge selection", the selected entries with the opened (main) data record are merged into a single data record.

Please carefully check before merging, whether they are real duplicates or possibly only persons with similarities. The merge operation can not be undone.
