What does entries with "payment incomplete" in Stripe mean?

With the introduction of the PSD2 guideline on September 14, 2019 - in addition to the well-known changes such as the Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) - advanced documentation requirements were also introduced for payment providers. Stripe has timely taken these changes into account, so a payment transaction is now initiated when the guest opens the payment page and an entry under "Payments" in Stripe is created.
