Daily processes with the gastronovi interface

As soon as you have checked-in in 3RPMS®, rooms with room number and name of the guest are displayed in gastronovi.
As soon as you check out, the data will be removed from gastronovi so that no transactions can be made on rooms that have already been checked out.
Book sales to rooms
Open the desired table. Click on "Cashier":
Click HOTAPI:
A list of all checked-in rooms will be displayed. Select the room you would like to book by double clicking on:
Confirm with "OK" to book the amount shown on the room.
You can also split amounts into several rooms.
