Do I need a guest's consent to store guest data?

Pursuant to Article 6 (3) of the GDPR, processing is lawful if the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party or for the performance of pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject.

A separate agreement of the customer is not necessary in this case.
