Move reservations in calendar

In the reservation calendar, bookings can be moved both vertically (room change) and horizontally (change of arrival / departure date) or a combination of both.

If you move a booking vertically, the booking will maintain the original category and room rate, even if the booking is moved to a different category.

If you move a booking horizontally, ie change the arrival / departure date, the originally booked room rate will be maintained even if different room rates have been set for the new period.
