Included services / inclusive services

3RPMS® differentiates between exclusive services and inclusive services. Exclusive services are services that are charged to the guest in addition to the room rate. Included services are services that are already included in the room price.

Included services can be added or cancelled in the room view under the item "Services included in the price":

Inclusive services are automatically deducted from invoices and confirmations from the gross room price, insofar as the service has a different VAT rate than the room:

In the case of a person-dependent (per person) or time-based (per night or per person / night) service, the same time period or the same number of persons as for the room will automatically be set when booking.
