How can I create print templates for offers and booking confirmations

You can create print templates for offers and booking confirmations under Settings> Templates> Print templates.

To create a new template click on "create". Then enter your preffered texts. Don't forget to set the template to "Active" at the end.

As soon as you have created a template, an additional button appears in the offer and reservation view, which you can use to create documents for printing:

The creation of print documents follows the process of preview and final document known from the creation of invoices. In the preview, texts can be individually adjusted before printing if necessary:
