How to re-send bookings that haven't been imported into 3RPMS®

If a Siteminder reservation was not successfully sent to 3RPMS®, you will receive an email from Siteminder regarding a failed delivery attempt.

SiteMinder does not automatically resend bookings in this case, but you can initiate the transfer manually.

Please open the booking in Siteminder and click on the tab "3RPMS". By clicking on the icon next to "Failed" the booking will be sent again to 3RPMS®:
